Rules and Policies:
Metro Car Wash is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Gift Cards may be used for purchases of Full Service Car Washes, Signature Services, Details, and Lobby Drinks and Merchandise. Gift Cards may not be used to purchase Express Washes "outside." They may, however, be used to purchase prepaid Express Tickets.
The Card is not redeemable for cash.
Restrictions on vehicle size or tire size are listed on the FAQ's page.
Hours of operation are 8 AM to 5:30 PM Monday - Saturday and 9 AM to 4 PM on Sundays.
Metro Car Wash reserves the right to close early based on inclement weather.
All sales are final.
There are no refunds. Gift Cards and Annual Passes may not be Returned or exchanged for Cash.
